Sky

Sky in Bastille.

When, sometimes, I’m drowning in all the work I have to do and it feels like I have the world’s weight on my shoulders, I do two things. First, I stop whatever I’m doing and I look up to the sky, to see how does it looks on that day (because no matter what, clouds or not the sky is never the same). Then, I search in my head for a quote I once read (and that has never left me).
Normally, I end up taking a picture of the sky on that moment. To remember me that once, when the world felt heavy, I just had to look up to be grateful to be alive.

True beauty is always in found those “unique-little-things” that are hidden in our daily life.

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn’t arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I’m going to be happy in it.
